My massage style incorporates many techniques from Swedish massage, Acupressure, Deep Tissue massage through to Trigger Point Therapy. I have also embraced massage techniques from around the world. My touch is sensitive and intuitive enabling me to locate areas of tension. I have a large repertoire of massage techniques so every bespoke back treatment is tailored to the client’s individual needs.
I am a fully qualified therapist, trained to the highest standards, with a wealth of knowledge and experience from a varied and comprehensive career in the Complimentary health business. I am a member of the accredited, professional body, the Federation of Holistic Therapists and a member of the Harmony Therapy Trust, offering complimentary treatments to ladies with breast cancer.
